Welcome to Macros and Motherhood, your resource for finding the balance between health, fitness and motherhood in this crazy busy world we live in.  As a new mom, it can be hard to juggle taking care of our littles and also taking care of ourselves and our health. Through the Ketogenic diet, I’ve been able to get into a groove that has worked wonderfully for me and my family.

I have been able to lose the baby weight (and then some) and get in the best shape of my life while raising my daughter. My hope is that through watching my journey will set a good, health-centric example for her as she grows up as well!
